We are looking for a Process Engineer to help evaluate, improve, and optimise our business processes and workflows. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for improvement, implement effective solutions, and ensure efficient and consistent operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process analysis for core business operations
• Oversee and assess existing workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Design, implement, test, and optimise new procedures to improve productivity
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
• Analyse data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
• Track metrics to monitor performance and improvements
• Prepare reports documenting process status, updates, and changes
• Communicate findings, risks, and proposals to management and stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Use process simulation tools to evaluate and recommend optimal strategies
• Provide clear guidance and instructions for successful process implementation
• Contribute to departmental initiatives and related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (graduate degree preferred)
• Valid state engineering license
• Experience in quality, process, or business process engineering
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and drive change in existing processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with computers, IT tools, and process engineering software
• Familiarity with applicable health and safety regulations

Required Equipment

• Reliable computer or laptop with dual monitors
• Noise-cancelling headset with microphone

• Stable wired internet connection (not prepaid wireless or cellular-only)
• Experience using Zoom, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams
