Email and Chat Support Representative

Salary: Up to ₱26,000/month
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Cebu City (Onsite)

We are looking for Chat Support Representatives to join our team. If you have at least 6 months of BPO or call center experience and want to build your career in a non-voice support role, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Meet productivity and quality targets

Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate (College level/graduate is a plus)
  • At least 6 months of BPO or call center experience
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Fast typing and basic computer skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
