Non-Voice Agent (Chat Support Representative)
Cebu City | Onsite | Full-time | Up to ₱26,000/month
Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Non-Voice Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers through chat, email, and other non-voice communication channels.
You will provide accurate information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, and other non-voice channels
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer service in every interaction
- Document customer concerns and interactions accurately in the system
- Navigate multiple systems and tools while assisting customers
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
- No BPO experience required
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
- Good English written communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
