Job Overview

  • Position: Email and Chat Support Specialist
  • Salary: Up to ₱26,000/month
  • Location: Cebu City
  • Work Setup: Onsite
  • Schedule: Full-time, shifting
  • Experience: At least 6 months BPO/call center experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers through online chat
  • Answer inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Provide accurate information and solutions
  • Document customer interactions
  • Escalate complex concerns when needed
  • Meet quality and productivity targets

Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate
  • At least 6 months BPO or call center experience
  • Good written and verbal English skills
  • Fast typing and good attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
