Full job description
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Email and Chat Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries via email and live chat, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat in a professional manner
- Assist customers with orders, account issues, and general questions
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments when needed
Requirements:
- Strong written English communication skills
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
