ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Chat Support CSR Davao to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers through chat by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Meet established quality, productivity, and response time targets
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
