About the Role

We are seeking a Change Management Analyst to support organizations undergoing business, technology, and workforce transformation initiatives. In this role, you will help drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change readiness activities that enable successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Working alongside change management consultants, project teams, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to the planning and execution of change initiatives designed to minimize disruption, increase employee engagement, and maximize the value of transformation programs. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in organizational change management, digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, and business consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support change management initiatives across business transformation, technology implementation, organizational redesign, and digital modernization programs.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks, opportunities, and adoption requirements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement activities, and adoption programs.
  • Support the creation of communication materials including presentations, newsletters, leadership messages, FAQs, intranet content, and other stakeholder-facing resources.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, focus groups, town halls, and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in designing, developing, and delivering training materials, learning resources, user guides, and readiness activities that support end-user adoption.
  • Track and monitor change adoption metrics, stakeholder engagement levels, readiness indicators, and project milestones.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on feedback from stakeholders and end users to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, stakeholder maps, communication plans, training plans, and change management deliverables.
  • Support transformation initiatives involving enterprise applications, digital tools, cloud technologies, automation programs, and business process improvements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, HR teams, learning specialists, communications teams, and business leaders to ensure coordinated delivery of change activities.
  • Assist in identifying organizational risks, resistance points, and adoption challenges while supporting mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and support governance activities to ensure deliverables are completed according to timelines and quality standards.
  • Stay informed on emerging change management methodologies, digital transformation trends, and best practices in organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, Education, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Change Management, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Internal Communications, Organizational Development, Project Coordination, or Transformation-related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop professional presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, technology implementations, process improvement initiatives, or transformation projects is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret feedback, metrics, and project data.
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and collaboration tools for project tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional project teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, Agile Change Management, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, cloud migrations, HR technology deployments, automation initiatives, or other enterprise transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with stakeholder management, training coordination, communication planning, and business readiness activities.
  • Experience working within consulting, professional services, technology, or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
  • Interest in developing a career in organizational change management, transformation consulting, or business transformation.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
