Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Certification or training in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Project Management, Business Analysis, or Communications is an advantage.
- Knowledge of process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management methodologies is preferred.
- Continuous learning in organizational change, user adoption, communications, and business transformation practices is highly desirable.
Work Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, User Adoption, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and user guides.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and change adoption initiatives.
- Experience in tracking adoption metrics, preparing reports, and analyzing user feedback.
- Background in supporting technology or business transformation projects is preferred.
- Experience providing end-user support, training coordination, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Pay: Php140,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
