We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Encoder to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for accurately generating sales invoices, entering operational and financial data into our system, resolving discrepancies in customer accounts. The ideal candidate has strong typing speed, high attention to detail, and experience with invoicing and collection posting procedures and knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately posts daily payments (cash, checks, bank transfers, online payment) against corresponding customer invoices.
• Encodes new customer profiles, credit applications into the accounting system.
• Process adjustments, credit memos, debit memos and official receipts with proper supporting documents.
• Generate and issue accurate daily sales invoices, credit memos and delivery receipts.
• Fast and accurate of sales transactions, inventory records, customer information and finance data into the oracle system. Cross check Purchase Orders before doing Entry into the System (price discrepancies in PO vs SO).
• Verify deposit slips, official receipts and payment proofs against bank statements.
• Reconcile customer balances and flag discrepancies, such as overpayments, underpayments or unapplied credits.
• Verify collection details against sales invoice before posting payments.
• Other task that may delegate from time to time.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
