Full job description

QUALIFICATION:

1. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.

2. With minimum of 1 year work experience in Corporate or Commercial loans for SMEs or middle-market segment. Strong credit experience is an advantage.

3. Has knowledge of Banking/Lending products and industry, Marketing, Data Analysis, Financial Monitoring and Reporting, Research, Risk Management.

4. Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.

5. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.

7. Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.

8. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.

9. Willing to do field work & must know how to drive motorcycle & with driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identifies, develops and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with First Standard clients.

2. Looks for new accounts/relationships that can be established for First Standard.

3. Identifies area coverage, its competitors, marketing strategies and loan packages being offered.

4. Conducts client calls to know client’s financial needs, obtain data on the company’s operation, its financials and management.

5. Manages existing loan portfolio. Evaluates borrowings and analyzes financials of clients. Monitors financial condition/viability of the accounts handled.

6. Implements Agent Accreditation Program, including agent retention and revitalization of inactive agents.

7. Processes accreditation of new vehicle dealers, retention of dealers and reestablish partnership with inactive or dormant dealers.

8. Conducts Below the Line Marketing activities like: Leafleting or Online through the use of social media platforms, thematic activities within the branch and period focused deals (Valentine's, Summer, Christmas promo, etc.)

9. Suggests Above the Line Marketing Strategies as a result of Market Survey and Competitor movement.

10. Prepares weekly activity reports, weekly travel monitoring report and marketing planning report presented during monthly marketing meetings.
