• Ensure the safety and security of the company's employees, clients, assets, and premises.
• Monitor and enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Monitor CCTV systems and investigate security incidents when necessary.
• Prepare incident reports, security documentation, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners during emergencies or investigations.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and other incidents.
• Conduct security awareness orientations and promote a safe working environment.
• Perform other security and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or any related field.
• At least with experience as a Corporate Security Officer, Corporate Officer, or in a related security role.
• Applicants with no corporate security experience are welcome to apply provided they are graduates of Bachelor of Science in Criminology.
• Holder of a valid Security Officer 1 (SO1) Prepared/Certified qualification is an advantage.
• Completed Basic Supervisory Course (BSC) training.
• Certified Basic CCTV Operator is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in corporate security operations, incident reporting, and security protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in preparing reports and handling security-related documentation.
