Full job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reviews and checks PHIC forms for transmittal.

2. Processes forms and patients for direct filing of claims to PHIC due to late submission.

3. Posts PHIC payments in the logbook.

4. Reprocesses return claims of patients.

5. Entertains calls regarding inquiry on Direct Payment of Claims and other matters related to Philhealth.

6. Requests payment for Philhealth claims.

7. Entertains patients’ relatives with problems regarding PHIC claims.

8. Follow up from Philhealth status of transmitted documents.

9. Performs other duties as may be requested by management.
