4. Prepares patient daily billing. Complete forms and reports. Maintains all record-keeping procedures and edits or proofreads of various documents if necessary.

5. Release medical abstract and costing to patients as a requirement for a financial support from government agencies.

6. Maintains inventory of the necessary office forms and supplies.

7. Other duties as assigned.
