FULL JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Gather admission slip from admitting section.

2. Sort out patient charges from different revenue center and arrange them alphabetically.

3. Encode and convert charge slip from outpatient to inpatient.

4. Secured clearance to all revenue centers for discharged patients.

5. Audit the patients charge slip before printing the statement of account.

6. Prepare statement of account for discharged patient including professional fee.

7. Tagged patient med and distribute notice of patient to each revenue center.

8. Print daily summary of patient’s charges.

9. Give progress bill to each patient whose account is above Php 5,000.00

10. Filing of statement of account and professional fee form.

11. Call HMO Companies for those patients that are discharged and without letter of authority.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

>College Graduate

>Work experience in Hospital setting is an advantage

>Proven experience in billing and invoicing

>Experience in HMO is an advantage

>Excellent organizational and time management skills

>Understanding of billing procedures and relevant regulations

> Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

>Strong attention to detail and accuracy
