Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor monthly sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports.
  • Gather, analyze, and maintain market research data, industry trends, and market share indicators to support business decisions.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated customer database for both direct-served and indirect-served outlets.
  • Provide management with timely, accurate, and reliable sales information and analysis.
  • Conduct market research and collect sales intelligence within the beverage industry to determine market trends, product performance, and market share.
  • Translate SOAS and other sales data into meaningful reports and insights for sales planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze key performance indicator (KPI) results and generate monthly rankings and performance reports by sales position.
  • Support sales planning and strategy development through data-driven recommendations and analysis.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of sales and customer information.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Information Management, or any related business or analytical discipline.

Experience

  • Preferably with experience in sales analytics, market research, business analysis, or sales operations.
  • Experience in data gathering, report preparation, and performance analysis is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered.
