Catering Supervisor jobs

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service standards, and delivering a memorable dining experience for all guests. You will manage a team of staff, provide training, and ensure all F&B activities meet both operational and guest satisfaction goals. Your leadership will be key to maintaining the high standards of service that our guests expect.

What you'll do:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate food and beverage team members in multiple outlets, ensuring excellent service delivery at all times.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and setting development goals for team members.
• Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of food and beverages, with a strong emphasis on consistency and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, working closely with suppliers and maintaining cost control measures.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and assess service quality, making adjustments as necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Collaborate with the hotel’s management to create special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest experiences.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and achieving food and beverage revenue targets.
• Monitor daily revenue reports, tracking expenses and ensuring the profitability of food and beverage operations.
• Ensure efficient cost control by managing labor, food, and beverage wastage.
• Ensure that all F&B staff comply with hotel policies, local laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g., liquor licensing).
• Enforce safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring a clean and safe work environment for both staff and guests.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and coordination between the front and back of the house.
• Communicate regularly with hotel management, providing reports on operations, guest feedback, and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within a hotel, resort, or casino environment.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team and interact with guests in a positive and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and labor management.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Food safety and alcohol service certification is an advantage
• This position will require working in various food and beverage outlets in a four-star casino hotel environment, which includes restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
• Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required to meet the needs of the hotel and its guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
