Job Description:

An F&B Server or Catering Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests during restaurant operations or catered events. Duties include setting up tables, serving food and drinks, attending to guest needs, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation, and delivering a high level of customer service. They work closely with the kitchen and event team to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up dining areas, buffet stations, and event tables before service
  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately (for restaurant setup)
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and according to service standards
  • Ensure proper food handling and presentation at all times
  • Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining or event area
  • Coordinate with kitchen and team members for smooth service flow
  • Handle basic customer concerns or escalate issues when needed
  • Assist in packing, transporting, and organizing catering equipment (for events)
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times
  • Help in closing duties such as cleaning, inventory check, and breakdown of setup

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in food service or catering operations
  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, POS, and catering software)
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on event schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19,000.00 per month
