Dining Staff

The Dining Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with the smooth operation of the dining area.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Assist guests with seating and provide menus.

- Take and accurately record food and beverage orders.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

- Ensure orders are complete and presented according to restaurant standards.

- Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations when needed.

- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.

- Process bills and payments accurately when assigned.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.

- Set up tables with utensils, plates, glasses, and other necessary items.

- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and dining facilities.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth and efficient service.

- Report customer concerns, special requests, or operational issues to the supervisor.

- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.

- Assist with opening and closing duties.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality industry is an advantage.

- Good customer service and communication skills.

- Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality.

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Can work well with a team.

- Physically able to stand and move for extended periods.

- Willing to learn and follow restaurant standards and procedures.

- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
