Virtual Catering Sales Assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.

· Perform cold calling to acquire sales leads

· To hit weekly KPI as set

· Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus

· Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage

· Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions

· Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 1 year of sales experience in any of the related field – Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding

· Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients

· Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate across levels

· Ability to work independently and in a team

· Strong selling and interpersonal skills

· High level of creativity, accuracy and eye for detail

· Possesses own laptop with Microsoft Office (2016 or later), in working condition

Pay: Php28,500.00 per month
