Join Our Hospitality Team

We're expanding our team and looking for a Group & Events Executive to support a portfolio of luxury and branded hotels across the United States. If you have experience in hotel group sales, catering, event coordination, or convention services, we'd love to connect with you!

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate group reservations and event logistics
  • Manage contracts, BEOs, rooming lists, and billing
  • Support Sales Managers throughout the booking process
  • Collaborate with clients, meeting planners, and hotel teams
  • Deliver exceptional service while managing multiple properties

We're Looking For

Candidates with experience in:

  • Luxury, 4- or 5-Star, Lifestyle, Independent, or Branded Hotels
  • Group Sales & Events, Catering Sales, Convention Services, or Hotel Sales Administration
  • Hotel systems such as Delphi, Opera Cloud, Opera PMS, Hyatt Reserve, OnQ, SynXis, MARSHA, FOSSE, Cvent, MeetingBroker, Tripleseat, and other leading hospitality platforms
