· Make reservations for the guest that call in advance

· Monitors the guests’ waiting list whenever there is a “wait-to-be- seated” queue for table assignment.

· Greet and acknowledges guests who enter the store in a sincere, enthusiastic, Energetic, and friendly manner.

· Assist the guests to their seat according to their preference.

· Ensure that the guests are seated comfortably and there is Food Server present to take their order

· Ensure that guests have a good time at the restaurant and look immediately into any complaints they might have

· Inquire from the guests whether they enjoyed the food and the service

· Greets and invites leaving guests for a return visit.

· Advertises the good service of the restaurant

· Contributes ideas, systems, and procedures for the service area.

· Adheres to company’s Code of Conduct.

· Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees.

· Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior.

Job Specifications:

• With pleasing personality
• With at least six (6) months of working experience in the same position preferably in Casual to Fine Dining and/or Fine Dining Restaurant
• Willing to be assigned at SM Mall of Asia, Pasay
• Available to start anytime
