As our global team continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional talent across multiple departments.

Position Summary

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while helping Dermadry attract top talent. This role focuses exclusively on recruitment and talent acquisition, allowing the broader HR team to dedicate more time to employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, an excellent communicator, and passionate about finding the right people for the right roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding coordination.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across different departments.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare interview summaries and hiring recommendations.
• Draft employment documents and assist with onboarding preparation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, applicant databases, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of recruitment.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and hiring processes.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Support recruitment for both Philippine and international positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably handling full-cycle recruitment.
• Registered Psychometrician or equivalent or CHRA-certified applicants are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral, professional communication style.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, marketing, or customer support roles is an advantage.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₱50,000
• Health Coverage Allowance: ER Care All-In with a coverage limit of ₱100,000
• Five (5) days of paid leave credits annually, prorated based on tenure
• 15% night differential for hours rendered from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Montreal Time
• Year-end performance bonus equivalent to half of one month's salary, prorated based on tenure
• Salary increases based on performance evaluations.
