As our brand grows, visual content plays an important role in how we share our story, promote our work, and communicate across digital platforms. This role will help support that through simple, clean, and well-edited photos, videos, and campaign visuals.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Videographer and Video Editor who can shoot photos and videos, handle basic production equipment, and edit content for social media, marketing, and internal use.

This is a hands-on junior role suited for someone who has good technical ability, a strong eye for detail, and the patience to turn raw files into clear, polished, and presentable outputs. The person must have their own suitable shooting device and be comfortable working with video, photo, and basic design tools.

You will work with the marketing team to help create short-form videos, campaign content, social media visuals, thumbnails, and other simple creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media, campaigns, internal content, and brand storytelling.
  • Turn raw footage into clean, engaging video outputs with basic transitions, captions, music, sound effects, and intro or outro sequences.
  • Create simple design assets such as social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and marketing visuals.
  • Support short-form content production, including reels, shorts, promotional clips, and campaign videos.
  • Ensure outputs follow The Better BPO’s brand style, messaging, and quality standards.
  • Organise raw files, edited assets, and final outputs so content can be easily reviewed and reused.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on content requests, feedback, timelines, and revisions.
  • Source simple supporting visuals, music, stock footage, or design elements when needed.

Tools and Software

Experience with any of the following tools is preferred:

  • CapCut for reels, shorts, and short-form social media videos.
  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing tools.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Canva, or similar photo and design tools.
  • Adobe After Effects or basic motion graphics tools are an advantage, but not required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic experience in shooting photos and videos.
  • Ability to use and handle shooting equipment, lighting, audio tools, and basic production setup.
  • Must have your own suitable shooting device for photo and video work.
  • Good understanding of video pacing, visual composition, layout, and simple design principles.
  • Patient and meticulous approach to editing videos and photos.
  • Ability to follow instructions, apply feedback, and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to improve.
  • Organised file management and basic workflow discipline.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with local and international teams.

How You Work

We are looking for someone who is careful, patient, and willing to learn.

You do not need to be the most senior creative person in the room, but you should understand the process of turning raw files into clean, presentable, and beautiful outputs. You should be open to feedback, able to manage revisions respectfully, and committed to producing work that is organised, consistent, and aligned with the purpose of each campaign.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
