We are looking for a CRM Coordinator to join our growing Business Intelligence & CRM Team in Cambridge International Education. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our CRM systems and data operations. What will you do as a CRM Coordinator?

In this dynamic role you will:

  • Maintain and update customer data within CRM systems, ensuring high data quality standards
  • Raise and support resolution of system tickets and enhancements including updating, correcting or removing data in a timely manner
  • Produce and analyse CRM reports, identifying trends and insights to support decision-making
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and improvements
  • Support CRM automation and integration initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards
  • Provide responsive support to colleagues using CRM systems globally

  • Technical Expertise: Salesforce Lightning, Power BI, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data literacy and attention to detail
  • Experience: Working with databases or CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
