We are a Canada-based company with a Call Center in Makati seeking to hire a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team and provide BPO services to our Canadian clients! The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls and provide customer service to our English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

● Answer incoming calls professionally and provide information about products and services

● Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or leads

● Utilize phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience

● Conduct sales over the phone and meet sales targets

● Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

● Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

● Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries or complaints

Qualifications:

● Excellent phone etiquette skills

● Strong customer service orientation

● Sales experience is a plus

● Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous

● Data entry skills with high accuracy

● Effective communication skills
