Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, promotions, or service-related purposes
• Deliver exceptional customer support and resolve issues efficiently
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
• Update and maintain customer records in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Adhere to company scripts, policies, and call-handling procedures

Qualifications:

• Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
• Accepts High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) and ALS Graduates
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities effectively

Pay: Up to Php27,000.00 per month
