Customer Service Representative – Non-Voice Account

Metro Manila | Onsite

Are you currently working in offices, retail stores, cafés, online shops, or other customer-facing roles that involve chatting with customers, handling messages, or assisting through online platforms? This opportunity is ideal for applicants with experience as online sellers, chat support staff, office assistants, receptionists, social media assistants, cashiers, or customer service staff who are comfortable communicating through chat and email.

Customer Service Representatives for a Non-Voice Account. In this role, you’ll assist customers through chat, email, and messaging platforms while building valuable experience in the BPO industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or messaging platforms
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Record customer interactions and updates accurately in the system
  • Escalate more complex concerns when necessary
  • Maintain customer service and productivity standards

Who Can Apply:
