Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales campaigns
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide professional customer assistance
• Accurately update and maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Meet performance targets and service level expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• No BPO experience required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Technical Requirements

• Intel Core i3 (7th Generation or higher) or AMD Ryzen 3 processor or equivalent
• Minimum of 8GB RAM
• Windows 10 or higher (MacOS accepted)
• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps
• USB noise-canceling headset
