Full job description

T-Mate is looking for someone who can serve as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing essential product or service information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, texts, and voicemail inquiries from clients and caregivers.
  • Address and resolve issues, complaints, and concerns.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments in response to caregivers' and clients' requests.
  • Update client and caregiver profiles and manage confidential information in AxisCare.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve overall team goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a BPO or Call Center environment.
  • Previous experience handling a healthcare account is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and perform well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with AxisCare, or similar healthcare software, and CRM systems
  • Must have a device with at least an Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB of RAM, at least 100 Mbps Fiber Internet Connection, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
