This role ensures effective communication, facilitates patient navigation through healthcare processes, and enhances the overall patient experience by addressing concerns and coordinating
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Any 4 years course Related.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations empathetically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Proficient in using hospital information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
