Full job description

Calamba Medical Center is currently looking for a Hospital Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and capable of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about hospital services
  • Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and hospital staff for proper patient assistance
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports as required
  • Perform other administrative and reception duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • With or without experience in hospital or healthcare reception
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in basic office applications
  • Customer service–oriented with a professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
