Cafe Team Member jobs

Our Café Team Members perform the following roles:

• Prepare and serve food, beverages, and other café products in accordance with company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking and food assembly while ensuring consistency, freshness, and quality.
• Prepare coffee, tea, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks following established café standards.
• Operate and maintain café equipment, including espresso machines, coffee grinders, ovens, grills, blenders, and other kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, beverage station, dining area, service counter, storage areas, and workstations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by warmly greeting customers, answering inquiries, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process cash and cashless payments, and perform cashiering duties accurately when assigned.
• Assist in restocking ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and other café supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
• Support receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure efficient café operations and timely service.
• Perform opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including cleaning, replenishment, and end-of-day operational tasks.
• Assist in maintaining product quality, minimizing wastage, and reporting equipment issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management in support of café operations.
• Willing to start immediately
• Experience in the Food & Beverage Industry is a must
• Experience as a Kitchen Staff or Barista is a plus
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Residing within Quezon City or nearby areas
