Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and properly maintained.

Staff Management

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members.
• Develop and manage employee schedules for optimal shift coverage.
• Foster a positive, motivating work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Service

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the customer experience.
• Implement and uphold customer service policies and procedures.

Financial Management

• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare and manage budgets, including payroll and operating expenses.
• Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Handle cash management, including deposits and reconciliations.

Marketing and Sales

• Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Implement local marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of HRM, Business Administration or like.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
