PART-TIME ALL-AROUND BARISTA

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Part-Time All-Around Barista to join our café team. The role is not limited to barista duties and will involve supporting various areas of daily café operations.

The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, willing to learn, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to assist with beverage preparation, customer service, cashiering, cleanliness, restocking, and other operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and ensure accurate order transactions.
• Assist customers with menu items, product information, and basic inquiries.
• Support food preparation, plating, packing, and serving of café products when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the bar, dining area, kitchen, equipment, and other work areas.
• Wash and clean bar tools, equipment, utensils, and other café items.
• Restock coffee beans, ingredients, cups, packaging, and other supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing supplies and deliveries.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the café.
• Assist in maintaining proper product presentation and overall café cleanliness.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and workplace procedures.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and welcoming café environment.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform other reasonable café and operational tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista, café crew, service crew, cashier, or in customer service is preferred.
• Fresh graduates or applicants with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Willing to learn coffee preparation, café operations, and other assigned tasks.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform various tasks beyond beverage preparation.
• Flexible to work on weekends and holidays, depending on the café schedule.
• Willing to work on a part-time schedule.
• Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
