Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages with consistent quality and presentation.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Take customer orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and equipment.
  • Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  • Uphold company standards for customer service and beverage quality.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Passion for coffee, tea, and hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
