No experience with matcha? That's completely okay— we got you! We're looking for a Matcharista who takes pride in crafting quality drinks, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and knows that great customer service is just as important as a great cup of matcha.

What You'll Do

• Craft matcha, houjicha, and specialty tea drinks with consistency and care.
• Create a welcoming experience for every guest.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the day.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Work with the team to keep things running smoothly, especially during busy hours.

What We're Looking For

• Kind, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Willing to learn and open to feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying composed.
• Values consistency and pays attention to the little details.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Barista or F&B experience is a plus— but not a requirement.
