I. Job Description

We are looking for an efficient, customer-oriented, and attentive Dining Staff. This role suits individuals with a passion for food, hospitality, and teamwork. Whether you are doing cashier works, taking orders, serving food, or helping reset tables, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and satisfying experience for every guest.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Table and Dining Management

• Set and reset tables quickly and neatly between parties.
• Assist with bussing tables and running food when needed.
• Prepare dining areas before service: polish cutlery, arrange tables, ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining space.

Order Management and Communication

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that the orders are complete.
• Handle requests, complaints, or special orders professionally and efficiently.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Communicate clearly with fellow servers and managers during service.
• Ensure correct food and drink served to the appropriate table.

Payment Processing

• Present the bill, process payments, and return change/receipts.

III. Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Can communicate in a clear, respectful, and professional manner both with guests and colleagues.
• Able to calmly resolve guest issues on the spot.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
