Join Our Team at Archduke Coffee + Roastery!

At Archduke, we believe that great coffee is only part of a memorable café experience genuine hospitality is what brings people back. We're a small team where everyone plays an important role in creating a welcoming café experience. We're looking for a dependable and people-oriented Front of House Staff / Barista who enjoys meeting guests, working closely with teammates, and contributing to a warm and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive customer service to every guest.
  • Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and confidently recommend menu items.
  • Engage with customers throughout their visit and help create a comfortable and welcoming café experience.
  • Learn and prepare our coffee and non-coffee beverages according to our quality standards.
  • Serve food and beverages with care and attention to presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment throughout the shift.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Assist with restocking, inventory support, opening and closing duties, and other day-to-day café operations.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure every guest enjoys the Archduke Coffee experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine interest in hospitality and customer service.
  • Friendly, approachable, and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to learn about coffee, food, café operations, and service.
  • Previous café, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
