QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year experience, preferably in the same industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages.
  • Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, and work areas.
  • Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
