Candid Coffee is a fast-growing third wave coffee startup focused on quality, craftsmanship, and intentional coffee experiences. We specialize in ethically sourced beans, precise brewing methods, and elevating everyday coffee into something thoughtful and refined.

From humble beginnings as a coffee cart, we have grown into a multi-branch cafe and roastery—now proudly operating 10 locations across Metro Manila. Our journey reflects our commitment to quality, consistency, and building a brand that resonates with today’s coffee culture.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Magaling mangbola at magbenta ng products with confidence and good vibes.
• Can make chika with customers and knows how to SMILE.
• Learn and apply coffee brewing methods, drink preparation, food presentation, and product knowledge to ensure quality in every cup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and work station.
• Work as part of a fun, fast-paced, and high-energy team.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a barista is a plus, but not required.
