CADET ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve all types of manufacturing issues
• Ensure quality production output and meet customer requirements
• Initiate and follow through continuous improvement projects
• Create production reports
• Collaborate with various production departments
• Implement the department’s procedures and policies. This may involve writing new procedures and work instructions.
• Lead the team and motivate staff

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with Engineering or Science related degrees are encouraged to apply
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive work attitude, trainable, flexible
• Must be hands on
• Self-starter and must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
