PRIMARY PURPOSE

• To support the Technical Team in the preparation, revision, and updating of As-Built Drawings for Depot Buildings and related facilities. The CAD Operator shall ensure that all drawings accurately reflect actual site conditions, approved revisions, and construction changes, while maintaining drawing quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on site conditions, approved revisions, and construction records.
• Revise AutoCAD drawings in accordance with comments from the Engineers and project management.
• Coordinate with site engineers, and technical staff to obtain accurate information for drawing updates.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of drawing files, revisions, and records.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, drafting requirements, and document control procedures.
• Monitor drawing revisions and maintain revision history records.
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings, sketches, and other technical drawings as required.
• Support the Technical Team in the timely submission of drawings and project deliverables.
• Verify drawing consistency with approved plans, specifications, and site conditions.
• Perform other drafting and documentation-related tasks as assigned by the Technical Manager.

EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Architecture Technology, Engineering, or any related technical course.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in CAD drafting, construction drawings, or As-Built documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, shop drawings, and As-Built drawings.
• Knowledge of engineering and architectural drafting standards.
• Experience in infrastructure, building construction, railway, or large-scale projects is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in BIM, Sketch-Up Software and drawing management is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php400,000.00 per hour
