What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience using a bandsaw, grinder, slicer, and cutting meat.
  • Experienced in Manual and Machine Operated Butchery
  • Graduate of an HRM or culinary school program or certificate.
  • Good understanding of various ingredients, culinary equipment, and cooking procedures. Knowledge of best practices for operating in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Food Defense
  • Willing to work in Pasig (Kapitolyo/Bagong Ilog)

What you’ll be doing

  • Performing critical day-to-day ops such as taking inventory, stocking stations, preparing ingredients for service, cooking during service, and maintaining the cleanliness of stations and the kitchen.
  • Prepares, cuts, blends, tenderizes, measures, and packs goods.
