Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant to support our daily business operations. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks while helping maintain our online presence through basic content creation and social media scheduling. We are an art studio that offers classes for all ages and skill levels! No prior experience is required.

This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position for a long-term direct hire.

Responsibilities

-Administrative Support: Manage email inboxes, organize calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and handle digital tasks.

-Social Media Management: Schedule content, monitor incoming messages, and engage with the audience on social media platforms.

-Content Creation: Use Canva to design simple, clean, and eye-catching advertisements, graphics, and social media posts based on provided brand templates.
