Business Analyst jobs in Manila

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst Graduate to join our Graduate Program and support digital transformation, system enhancement, and technology projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates who enjoy problem-solving, business analysis, technology, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work closely with business users, project teams, and IT professionals to understand business requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support project activities including workshops, testing, documentation, and user training.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and solution validation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Participate in technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
