Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst (Fresh Graduate) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in business processes, technology, data analysis, and problem-solving. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of business and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Prepare project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Support data analysis and reporting activities to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams, developers, testers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and tracking issues to resolution.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and business cases for management review.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities during project implementations.
  • Maintain project and process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
