We are looking for Operations Assistants who will work closely with the Operations Manager while providing assistance in the daily operations of the mall.

Responsibilities:

· Perform administrative support and attend to customer/tenant concerns

· Ensure that all billings from the mall are properly checked and verified before processing

· Coordinate with concerned departments to prepare and process forms/documents

· Screen calls and inquiries from clients

· Perform other administrative and operational functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of business or other related courses

· Preferably with work-related experience in the mall or hotel industry

· Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply

· Excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

· Willing to work 6 days a week in mall-hour shifts

· Willing to work on-site in the designated XentroMall location

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php15,650.00 per month
