Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, monitor, and update project documents (drawings, reports, RFIs, submittals, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Production Plant and operations manager
  • Monitor project schedules and accomplishments
  • Assist in material requests, procurement tracking, and cost monitoring
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of project records
  • Prepare progress reports and other required project documentation
  • Support billing and accomplishment reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • With or without experience (experience in construction is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCAD
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Balagtas Bulacan Warehouse

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
