Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant E-commerce Associate to support our growing online business operations. The ideal candidate has experience handling Amazon Vendor Central accounts and is familiar with e-commerce processes, product listings, inventory coordination, and online marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations of Amazon Vendor Central and other e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and content accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding product updates, stock availability, and promotions
  • Process and monitor purchase orders, chargebacks, shortages, and shipment concerns
  • Track sales performance and generate basic reports for management
  • Ensure timely updates of product images, descriptions, keywords, and specifications
  • Support promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal activities
  • Handle customer and marketplace-related concerns when needed
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for e-commerce activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or retail operations is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Amazon chargebacks, shortage claims, and catalog management
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings
  • Experience using e-commerce tools or ERP systems
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM PST - 4:30 PM PST
