URGENT HIRING FOR HELPDESK AND POSSIBLE FIELD WORK (OPEN TO FRESHGRAD)
LOCATION: CEBU AND DAVAO
Job Title: Helpdesk Support
Job Description:
We are looking for an Entry-Level Helpdesk Support to provide basic technical support to users. The role includes troubleshooting computer issues, assisting with software and hardware setup, and responding to helpdesk tickets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with account setup and password resets
- Document and track support requests
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers and Windows
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn and work in a team
- IT-related course or certification is a plus (Open to other course as well as long as with related experience)
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
