Full job description

As a Brand Manager you are responsible for the overall development of the assigned brand and lead in strategizing and executing all initiatives that will enable the brand to achieve its business objectives. You will report directly to the Business Unit Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the local marketing mix (6Ps - Proposition, Product, Pack, Price, Place and Promotions).
  • Recommend and implement pricing for new SKUs and promotions for product line up.
  • Craft robust communication strategy for brand campaigns with convincing and impactful assets, using the most effective and appropriate channels in delivering single-minded messaging to target audiences.
  • Analyze reports from Demand Planner, Warehouse Manager, Area Sales Manager, and E-Commerce Manager regarding excess inventory, slow moving, and near expiry SKU’s and promotional items. Decide on an appropriate course of action.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement sales plans/programs designed to increase market share.
  • Monitor sales versus set monthly sell in and sell out targets and recommend actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Carry out market research to identify and evaluate new business opportunities by understanding customer needs categorizing technology drivers, and following broader industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brand management role, preferably within the FMCG or the Beauty Retail industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that have driven measurable business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficienct in Project Management, and highly organized
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
