Job Description
The Product Officer is responsible for achieving the monthly Teachers' Loan target by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with branches, teachers, and other clients. The role includes evaluating and recommending loan applications, conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, assessing applicants' repayment capacity, and ensuring loan applications are processed within the required turnaround time. The Product Officer also prepares loan approval documents and provides recommendations in accordance with the Bank's policies.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or any related field.
At least 2–4 years of experience as an Account Officer, Sales Officer, Product Officer, or in a similar role handling DepEd salary loans or teachers' loans.
Good customer service, sales, and relationship management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Own transportation (motorcycle or vehicle) is required
Willing to work onsite and conduct fieldwork.
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
