CALL CENTER AGENT

Salary package up to PHP 25,000

Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support, lead generation, prospecting, and campaign-related activities.
• Deliver professional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information through virtual channels.
• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, call outcomes, and transaction details within CRM and company systems.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, team members, and support teams through virtual communication platforms.
• Prepare reports, activity trackers, and performance updates within established timelines.
• Maintain compliance with productivity, attendance, KPI, SLA, and quality assurance standards in a remote work environment.
• Protect confidential customer and company information by adhering to data privacy and security protocols.
• Follow company procedures, operational guidelines, quality assurance requirements, and performance standards.
• Support operational initiatives and perform additional duties assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to engage diverse personality types
• Quick learner with strong comprehension and adaptability
• Open to candidates without BPO experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply

MUST HAVE the following equipment:

• Hardware: Laptop/Desktop Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher)and 8 GB RAM
• OS: Windows 10 or higher (MacOS equivalent is allowed)
• Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB type headset with noise-cancelling feature
• Internet connection: Wired connection; minimum of at least 30 Mbps
• Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Discord
