We are a US medical billing company. We handle insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims, and payer follow-up for medical practices across the United States, and we are hiring full-time Revenue Cycle Specialists to join our fully remote team in the Philippines.

No billing experience is required. We will train you completely, on paid time, in a specialized niche of US billing that very few people know. What we cannot train is intelligence, so that is the one thing we hire for. We want people who read carefully, write clearly, are comfortable with numbers, and can untangle a confusing situation (a claim paid wrong, an insurance company giving contradictory answers) by thinking it through instead of guessing. If that describes you, you will do well here even if you have never seen an insurance claim. If it does not, please do not apply. This role rewards sharp thinking, and it will frustrate anyone who prefers to follow a script.

What you will do (after paid training): verify patient insurance benefits, submit and track prior authorizations, follow up on unpaid and underpaid claims with US insurance companies by phone and portal, read EOBs and determine whether payments are correct, and document everything precisely.

What we require: excellent written and spoken English, availability during US Eastern business hours, a reliable computer and stable internet with a backup plan, and real attention to detail. Experience with US medical billing, EOBs, or insurance follow-up is a plus, not a requirement.

Pay and what you get: $5.00 to $7.00 USD per hour, paid in US dollars, set based on how you perform in screening and training, plus a monthly performance bonus on top of your hourly rate. This is full-time, long-term work: a career role, not a gig. You get paid training, direct mentorship from the owner, and a clear path to higher pay as you take on more responsibility.
