Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Non-Voice Account to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support via chat or email. This role is perfect for candidates who prefer written communication over calls while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer precise details regarding products, services, order progress, shipping, returns, and refunds.
  • Keep track of orders and proactively update customers on any delays or concerns.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and best practices to deliver knowledgeable support.
  • Monitor and analyze customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to identify patterns and areas for enhancement.

Work Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full paid non-voice account and customer service training provided

What to Expect:

Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
