Full job description

School & Community Outreach

  • Identify and map target high schools and barangay community centers within the service area for SparkEd UPCAT Review.
  • Schedule and conduct visits to school guidance offices to present the Iskolarium/SPARK Program.
  • Distribute physical marketing materials (flyers, posters, brochure kits, sample flashcards) to target schools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school guidance counselors, department heads, and student organization advisers.
  • Arrange student orientations or mini-demos inside classrooms or auditoriums.

Events & Activations

  • Represent SparkEd at education fairs, career days, and barangay expos.
  • Organize or co-host free UPCAT orientation seminars (open house events) as lead-generation activations
  • Set up and man SparkEd booths at school events; manage sign-up sheets and collateral distribution.
  • Coordinate event logistics (materials, permits, manpower) with management.

Partnership Development

  • Identify potential institutional partners (tutorial centers, review centers, LGUs, PTAs) for co-marketing .
  • Propose referral or reseller arrangements with school canteens, bookstores, or academic shops for Iskolarium materials.
  • Negotiate placement of SparkEd posters or standees in partner locations.

Lead Generation & Referrals

  • Collect contact information of interested students and parents from outreach visits and events.
  • Hand off qualified leads to Customer Support with context notes (school, grade level, interest level) .
  • Build a referral program among enrolled students and school alumni.

Materials & Budget Management

  • Manage inventory of physical marketing collaterals (flyers, brochures, sample kits, banners, roll-up displays).
  • Coordinate reprinting or restocking of materials with management and suppliers.
  • Submit weekly expense reports and liquidation for field activities within approved budget.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Submit a weekly field report detailing schools visited, materials distributed,leads collected, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketer to align offline campaigns with online promos.
  • Attend weekly team briefings; share field insights that can inform content and ad strategy.

Pay: Php300.00 - Php400.00 per day
