Full job description

Location: Philexcel Business Park, M. Roxas Highway, Clark Freeport, Pampanga
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:10 PM

About the Role

Kosmic Technologies Inc. is looking for Service Engineers to join our team and provide technical and service support for our customers and medical imaging equipment.

The role involves equipment installation, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, customer support, and service reporting. Selected candidates will also undergo training across Service, Remanufacturing, and Warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and service support to customers through onsite visits, calls, and other appropriate channels.
  • Perform installation, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Diagnose customer and equipment issues, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate unresolved concerns when necessary.
  • Prepare accurate service reports, documentation, and floor plans as required.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Remanufacturing, Warehousing, and other internal teams to support customer and company requirements.
  • Maintain professional customer relationships while following company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Training

Selected candidates will undergo training covering Service, Remanufacturing, and Warehousing operations.

Training Period: 3–5 months

Qualifications

Applicants must have any of the following educational backgrounds:

  • Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
  • Graduate of Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Technology
  • Biomedical-related TESDA certification is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,250.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
