Job Summary
Lead Equilife's nationwide engineering operations supporting hospitals across the Philippines. Manage a team of Biomedical Engineers and Field Engineers responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and technical support for life-saving medical equipment. This role combines technical leadership, people management, customer relationship management, and operational excellence. If you're an experienced engineering leader looking to make a meaningful impact in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a nationwide engineering team.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and repair operations for hospital equipment.
  • Ensure service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage CMMS implementation, reporting, and engineering KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital clients.
  • Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop engineers for career growth.

Qualifications

  • PRC Licensed Electronics, Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineer.
  • At least 5 years of biomedical, hospital engineering, or field service experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and hospital equipment.
  • Experience managing teams, projects, and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.
