Job Description

  • Be prepared to undertake calls 24/7 to ensure uninterrupted technical support and maintenance for our customers.
  • Travel to customer sites to install, service, and repair laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and system upgrades on customer equipment according to service schedules and guidelines.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing testing equipment, diagnostic tools, and technical documentation to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide technical training and support to customer personnel, ensuring they can operate and maintain the equipment effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, including communicating customer feedback and service reports.
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation, including equipment logs, service tickets, and customer communication.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Biomedical Electronics and Computer Technology (BECT) or Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel and work in diverse customer environments
  • Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
